FETTE Leanmaster
The Leanmaster, the economic solution for filling tablet containers, was designed to permit the integration of various functions such as deburring and de-dusting, metal detection and in-process control. The tablets are discharged into their containers by vertically and horizontally pivoting conveyor belts. The fully automatic discharge can use up to 99 containers, which can, for instance, allow fast and easy removal on pallets. The Leanmaster is operated through the familiar user interface at the press terminal.
FETTE Loadingcenter
The Fette Loading Center, when combined with a high-performance rotary press, offers efficient rationalization of tablet production. It is positioned after the de-duster, and if the material supplies are appropriately prepared, it is possible to implement continuously monitored tablet manufacture and container filling during the unmanned shift. The Loading Center has the structure of a carousel with a diameter of 1.10 meters; it is mounted on rollers for easy transport, and is designed for a maximum loading of 300 kg. The machine′s counting device calculates the number of tablets in each container from the volume of the individual tablets or of the container, and the number specified. Any bad tablets that are ejected are, of course, taken into account in this calculation.
Loading Center DR4-20
With the aid of an integrated counting system, the DR4-20 allows the tablets produced to be distributed to different containers. Due to the variety of container shapes and the need to adjust the height through which the tablets fall, the Loading Center has been designed to offer great flexibility. In addition, as the operator has a reduced need to manipulate the system, the risk of cross contamination is lowered. Appropriate programming also allows a tablet-testing device or a sample extractor for laboratory samples to be supplied at customer-specific intervals. Software-operated start, stop and distribution processes are controlled through the terminal of the tablet press.
