Metal Detectors
In order to provide you and your customers with the highest possible quality and with a sense of security, we recommend the use of a metal detector in your tableting process.
The device is positioned after the tableting or de-dusting units, and detects any tablets contaminated by metal pieces or objects that have found their way into the process. The unacceptable tablets are then reliably ejected by a high-speed electrically operated flap. One of the chief benefits is maximization of operating times in production.
